A floating pool of water, under which plants and visitors could look up to see the ever changing movements of water and light going through it. The rocks in the water became hotels, condos, and restaurants. The organic blobs evolved into sports, and shopping facilities. Seoul is full of many mountains and hills, and standing with many legs seems to be not such a bad decision at all.
